A public Kormir oracle for discreet log contracts on Bitcoin signet: it announces events with committed nonces and attests one outcome later. Use it to test DLC software against a real, third-party oracle without anyone risking mainnet coin.

Trust, stated plainly

One oracle, one operator, so this is for testing. The protocol's recourse is real though: if this oracle ever attested two outcomes for the same event it would leak its own private key by nonce reuse, provably. That property, not our word, is what a DLC relies on.
